Great friendly staff , all very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them , lovely bar food with a cracking breakfast. Hope to come back soon

Loose toilet and tap , which we made us laugh has my son’s a plumber , but he didn’t want the work 😝 On the up side , plenty of hot water and a great shower 👍. Room 117

Staff were absolutely amazing! Special shout out to Dean on reception who was exceptional and out server in the bar (sorry, didn't catch their name)

Decor is a bit dated but spotlessly clean and very comfortable

The breakfast was very good! And it appears the staff was as helpful as they could be, given the guidance they get from management.

There was no cold (or even cool) water that night. My son tried to take a shower and could not even get into the water because it was so hot. Next morning, it was still too hot for a decent shower. Also, there is a little -- but bright -- green light in the ceiling in room 201 that kept my wife and I awake much of the night. I was told by your front desk person that it's normal -- it shows the sprinkler system is working. Well, OK.... to be perfectly honest, I've stayed in more hotel rooms and lodges than I can count with sprinkler systems, and none had a bright light in your eyes at night... Why don't you put something over it to dim it down??? The water was -- hopefully -- just a temporary glitch. But the light? I could never recommend your lovely hotel with that very annoying issue. If you cannot get a decent sleep, what's the use?
