Brilliant staff Eoin in the bar especially excellent service and very helpful

Comfortable room, plenty of space for x2 adults and x3 children. Cooked breakfast was great. Very friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile (including Easter eggs for the kids!). Nice atmosphere in the lobby.

The food in the bar was top notch. I'd go back for the pie alone, but the atmosphere was lovely too. I enjoyed the night I had in the hotel, by far the stand out memory is the food in the bar. 100% would and will return as we both really enjoyed our stay.

The sink in the bathroom didn't drain which was a bit disappointing. But other than that the room was comfortable, clean and warm

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an ideal location for travelling into Dublin, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. What truly made our experience stand out, though, was the staff. From the reception team on arrival, to the housekeeping staff, the bartender, and the breakfast team—every single person we encountered was absolutely amazing. They were friendly, kind, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing was ever a problem. Even when we asked for local information, like directions to shopping centres, they were so knowledgeable and helpful—there really wasn’t a question they couldn’t answer. It’s rare these days to come across such consistently excellent service across all areas of a hotel, and it really made our stay special. The hotel should be incredibly proud of the team they have.

Nice hotel, next to a reasonable busy street. Huge bulding, nice and roomy chambers. Nice indoor pub.
