Got charged for the 2 nights we only stayed 1 night canceled first night. Still got charged for both. Staff...what staff? The guys that watched me go to my car landing our stuff? Or the person at the front desk to help with a key so I wasnt walking around waiting for her to get back with my baby. I walked 3 times around from 2nd floor to 1st floor waiting to get a new key card. So no it wasnt a decent stay for me at all. Thanks for asking tho.

Pool and spa was dirty and spa jets broke staff say it works when jets want too, could see the out side around heater in the room cold air coming in we were checked in and their 2 hrs enough time to check out this place and dipped got a different hotel and didn't care about getting my money back, I was just happy to be outta their

We booked the room for our honeymoon, I wanted the room because of the jacuzzi tub in the room. Im 5 months pregnant also and I wanted to enjoy the tub but unfortunately the jets didn't work. I also didn't know the room was upstairs without an elevator.. being pregnant it's a little harder for me but I managed.

"It was comfortable."

We had breakfast one day but the food was exactly the same the next day , so we went out to eat.

Toilet got backed up. Low water pressure. But the staff did come to fix it within 15 min

We have stayed in hotels often recently and this is the only one we have stayed at that is not updated at all. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, bath tub was old, even an old alarm clock that didn’t work. It wasn’t nasty. Just not very nice. It is also the only one that charges a $100 deposit.
