Fantastic communication, very friendly and welcoming receptionist, Villa was warm when we arrived, place was spacious and cozy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Shower floor in the shower was really slippery my daughter fell straight down. And soap thing in shower dint work.

"Excellent"

Really nice location with friendly staff and an excellent price.

The door to the bathroom had glass in it, which meant our room was extremely bright from the street light all night and made it very hard to sleep

"Needs love, but clean."

Value for money, it was tidy just run down. Had everything I needed. Toilet and bed was clean.

Not enough pillows, only 1 per bed. Also no spare blanket, was alittle cold, so had to run the heater all night. Could do with some love, throw a layer over paint.

Not so suitable, room is dirty, broken toilets, stained couches...just not grandeur enough as it sound...

"Taupo Good Budget Stop"

Very clean inside. Netflix was easy to use. Shower was hot. Heatpump heats the room easily. Quiet and easy to find

Batteries flat in heatpump remote. Enytance could do with more metal for carpark.

Room was clean and comfortable. Handy location to town centre and quiet. Staff very friendly

Couldn't get local tv channels to watched music on utube. There was a crack in a bathroom tile in front of toilet

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and room clean

There was no dishes that could be used in the microwave to cook dinner and no face clothes in the bathroom. We also could not get the tv to work on local channels.
