Grandeur Thermal Spa Resort

We loved it all, was spacious for our family, was warm and bonus with a spa room. The staff were friendly and good value for our money. We definitely would come back.

I really enjoy staying at this accom. The shower us great! The surroundings are beautiful. It has everything I need.

I'm a large being, so the plastic chairs outside are pointless 4 me.. No biggie, I use the room one or swap with another chair.

The price was good for the weekend we went down, being the V8s. Prices still inflated but usual for this weekend with lots of people heading to Taupo. Close to Taupo city centre.

The room was pretty clean, but the shower flooded ans the back door wouldnt close, even though it opened into a closed area, it wasnt ideal. Lots of patches made, obviously on a budget but could have been done better.

Friendly staff and clean warm rooms

The loft was great for our grand daughter. We enjoyed the spa bath our first night. Slept well. Close to beaches and town facilities.

Location was away from town so it was nice and quiet. It was very tranquil with a country like atmosphere. The buildings are old and run down, but warm and comfortable. I liked it. The heater was on when we arrived so the room was nice and warm.

There were beard trimmings on the bathroom floor. Not just a few, but a lot, obviously from the previous guest.
