Fui muito mal atendida por uma recepcionista de cabelo loiro, e o quarto que me colocaram estava cheio de mosquitos e com a maçaneta quebrada, nem fiquei na pousada pedi para me reembolsar pq não queria mais passar trastorno....

Eu gostei de tudo, do lugar, da acomodação, da prestatividade dos funcionários, do café da manhã. Eu aluguei um quarto "errado" e prontamente a pessoa da recepção(acabei esquecendo o nome )resolveu pra mim, logo arrumou outro quarto e paguei a diferença.
