Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham College Station

The room was very clean and good shape. The bed was very comfortable in the pillows the same.

The wall plugs were controlled by light switches at the door to turn on the lights. Well, I could turn the light switches off beside the bed. The light behind the TV on the wall stayed on or would go off because it was on a motion detector so every time I rolled over the lights would come on and if I turn the switches off to turn the lights off permanently, it turned off the plugs beside the bed which affected my breathing machine and alarm clock charging

My stay was amazing Jamie and the young lady who was at the desk before her made sure my stay was a success! The hotel is very clean and safe space! I love that the doors lock at 10 for safety made me feel secure about staying there. I didn’t get to catch breakfast but hopefully next time! Thank you all again for a great experience💕

Bailey was very helpful in addressing a room issue I had. The breakfast was nice.

It is comfortable and clean. Room needs better lighting hard for wife to see to put on makeup.

I did not like having to put a $50 deposit to ensure I did not bring pets or smoke in the room. That was never disclosed in the booking process. I felt that was deceiving. Then, I have to wait 4 days to have the credit released.

At first glance the property is nice. Nice location, close stores.

Staff, although they try to seem sympathetic they act as if the hotels problems and mistakes were done by the guests. Bed bug was also found on a pillow.

Outlets around bed were motion detected, they went off or on throughout the night, very bad won’t stay there again.
