"There are RATS!!!!"

Nothing!!

There are RATS!!! 1) Dirty bed sheets and pillows with stains. 2) Rats running around in the room and lobby area. We got 4 rats!!!!!! And other guests were bitten!! Hotel staff said quote " we'll catch it and remove them from your room. " This is not the correct answer to address these problems. 3) The Washroom was dirty with stains on the toilet and washroom sick. 4) At 4 a.m., someone tried opening our room door when my family was sleeping. Thankfully, I was awake, I opened the door and found a person walking away. 5) Staff very very rude!!! 6) Very loud noises all night in the lobby and from outside noises. Every hotel I've stayed at have sound proof windows or something to prevent outside and lobby noise. 7) No safety lock on your doors. Only one lock. This is a big safety concern for me. We had to put a chair in front of our doors for safety. The staff as well is not helpful. The person I spoke to at reception didn't seem to care. In conclusion, this is an honest review about this hotel, and I personally do not recommend it to anyone. Booking.com won’t do anything to help you because this hotel charge you in advance!!!!

"Reasonable place to stay to be close to everything!"

The location is perfect, close to the river and Holi Gate but slightly off the main path (so it's pretty quiet). Friendly and accommodating staff -- they had information about Holi events and hosted a dance party in front of the hotel on the day of.

The floor in the room was a bit dusty, and with all the guests in town for Holi and trying to get the colors off at the same time, the hot water was intermittent.
