I always stay here when I'm in Bienne: it’s a great place. Comfortable rooms, bus stop just steps away, friendly and very attentive staff.

The breakfast should be improved with a wider and more appealing selection than the current one, which is too basic and expensive (around 18 euros).

There were coffee machine and heating kettle in the room, and the environment was very clean.

The weather was hot in August and there was no air conditioner in most Switzerland Hotels. But, it will be great to live here in the winter.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Good teas for breakfast (no Twining or Crowning or any of that terrible stuff). Very clean room and all in all uncomplicated.

I booked the room with half board. The meal was ok, slightly too little for me, after having cycled 140 km. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only problem was that it was facing the busy main road. I guess I got that room because it is a single room. Nevertheless, I had to keep the windows open because it would have been too hot otherwise. So I had to bear the racket of the traffic on the busy road. That was a bit of a draw back.

There's nothing I especially liked. The location was good for our purposes. It's also good that there is a restaurant downstairs and they have vegan options. They accept dogs for 15.- supplementary cost per night and the room is puppy-proof.

It was very hot in the room on a hot day and the automatic window mechanism didn't work (so it closed by itself). No one came to check it, they just said "it was working yesterday" and were generally not eager to serve. Luckily it started working the second day, but it was extremely noisy outside. The room seemed clean enough but I have doubts since they hadn't cleaned at all below the bed. It was very dusty and there was the previous guests' trash which my dog of course went to fetch and cleaned the floor for them...There's no elevator so you have to carry your dog several floors (we knew this but fyi). Overall a "meh" stay for the money.

Room excessively hot, only way of getting cool air open window this lead to traffic noise. For such a large hotel they have no parking at all, only found 2 spaces in road but had to change permit every hour until 19.00 then again from 07.00. Room on 3rd floor, had no lift.

Location is good: 5 mins walking distance from Swatch-Omega and there's a bus stop next to the entrance (direct connection with Bienne train station that can be reached in 10mins), the silence and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I slept really well and I never take this for granted!

I would just improve the breakfast, there is no elevator, no minibar/fridge in the room (a coffee machine is present)
