"Vô cùng thất vọng"

Giá tiền ko đáng so với chất lượng của ks. Dùng hình chụp cho full cả 1 khu vực khách sạn sát biển, rồi đổi tên ks lại nên mình ko hình dung đó là ks 2* so với số tiền mình bỏ ra. NV ko nhiệt tình, ko hướng dẫn khách cụ thể khi thuê xe nên khi trả vào sáng hôm sau trễ 1h so với 24h thì phụ thu 1/2 ngày (ko báo trước). Mình thuê view biển nhưng phòng ở tầng 4, bị hàng cây chắn hết tầm cao, ko hề thấy được biển. Máy lạnh thì cũ, phòng nóng. Vô cùng thất vọng :(

Friendly staff and beautiful sea view

Only thing was cigarette smoke emanating from the bathroom exhaust fan! This seems to be a common thing here in Vietnam!

price-quality ratio. the hotel is worth its money - especially the location is a big plus.

Although in general the hotel is not bad and is worth the money, if only not for this nuance. We are staying in room 403, next to us there were guests in room 402 with a dog. We had to leave early because the dog barked all day long while the guests were not in the room. I woke up and fell asleep to the barking of the dog for several days, which caused great discomfort when staying in this place.
