"Overall it was a great stay"

I really liked the room,the pool,the parking facilities,the breakfast, the massage ,the restaurant food etc.

On the 2nd day of my stay they refused to serve beer by the pool .I hated that .

We had a great stay. Staff very supportive and the property is good. I booked this through Vishal directly the hotel manager. Wonderful person he upgraded our room without even we requesting. The breakfast was good and had good spread. What I really liked was the property is very well maintained and the best thing it is very well located between Ashvem and Morjim beach. So both beaches at a walking distance. Highly recommend

"Relaxed, happy & ready to conquer the world"

Amazing spa experience! We honestly went for the foot massage on the first day and it felt really good & relaxing! The masseuses are skilled & make you feel very comfortable. Cuz of our good experience, we booked for a back massage the next day and were feeling good after it!! Very professional, comforting & relaxing! Totally recommended!

Very clean and tidy room. Anjali was very helpful. She used to clean out room on daily basis. Atmosphere is also very good. Location too is nice. Value for money. Breakfast menu is very good

"Nice comfortable small hotel with friendly staff"

The Hotel satisfied our expectations with a good location and a comfortable room. We had a ground floor room which made it a lot easies for me. A few minor observations - The sun Beds were not very comfortable and the Jacuzzi was broken. The condition of the pool was okay but as they were shutting it down later this year they were not keeping it in great shape. Breakfast was good and the choice on the lunch menu was good. However there was no atmiosphere and there were plenty of local restaurents

The bar and restaurent staff were not very good. The sun beds were uncomd#fortable and only 7 but we managed to find one. No where to hang your clothes and the fridge leaked
