Reception very accommodating.

Great location and overall very good

Outstanding views. Good value for money. Good menu choices. Massage chair.

No showers. The receptionist leaves at 5pm.

Food was good both evening meal and breakfast

After working out in the scorching heat all day I was really looking forward to a cool shower the bit the bath taps were so worn out this was impossible and there was no bracket on the wall to hold the shower head and no shower curtain so having a shower was impossible. With my evening meal I asked for a slice of bread with each meal £5 for 3 slices of bread was ridiculous, when I complained to the scruffy looking barman basically I was told tough, that's the price take it or leave it. Breakfast didn't start till 8am, no good for working guests. The hotel is definitely due for an upgrade to bring it into line with the competition, Artex textured walls and ceilings are a little out of date😂

The cooked breakfast was very good but would like a bigger selection of healthier options, eg fruit and yoghurt and high fibre cereals
