Hotel Indigo Boston Garden by IHG

It is situated in walking distance of many historical sites. The room was very nice and modern. The views are limited due to the tall buildings that surround the hotel. The staff were extremely nice and were very accommodating. The breakfast was limited but well perpared. I would stay there again.

The location is unrivaled for things to do & places to eat. Customer service here is top notch, especially Edison (Manager) & Jadon (Valet).

Location was very convenient. TD garden literally across the street. Old Town Trolley stop 4 is there too. Plenty of places to go get food and you really don't notice the road level noise. A noise machine is provided in the bedroom if required but we didn't need to use at all. Food in the hotel is very tasty and a great choice. Prices were pretty reasonable too.

This is a delightful boutique hotel in a great location. There is a restaurant that is quite good. The most important thing I want to emphasize is the top-notch staff. My wife and I spent one night there recently, and the reception staff, housekeeping, and doorman (no doubt I am using an especially archaic term) went over and above to make our stay seamless, especially with my motorized scooter. Being mobility impaired is tough enough under the best of circumstances, but moving in and out of rental cars, over uneven pavement, and negotiating discourteous, rude people makes even simple things more challenging. Especially, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to Fritz and Edison. These men were superb. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and understood what a little help means. Five stars for sure!

We dropped by Hotel Indigo at about 10 AM after we disembarked from our cruise. Edison was very helpful with storing our luggage and immediately texted us when our room was ready at about 1 PM, well before we expected. When we got there, he immediately recognized us and checked us in — very pleasant personal experience. Pleasant stay, the room was modern, clean, and spacious. Checking out was a breeze as well; Edison helped us store our luggage while we walked the city on our last day before our flight back to Washington, DC that night. Overall outstanding service, he even gave us some recs in Chinatown on our way out. Would 100% recommend!

My wife and I came to Boston to see Bruce Springsteen at TD Garden so this was the perfect location for our stay. We literally were across the street from the venue. The rooms are nice, and the hotel staff is very friendly, from recommendations about where to eat as well as helpful hints to navigate downtown. I would definitely stay there again for any future trips to Boston.
