Lovely clean room with street views in very good location near old town and city centre. Loads of pinchos bars and restaurants nearby.

No onsite parking and nearby public parking was quite expensive although discounted with hotel voucher Also the weather was not kind to us. It rained a lot!

Great location, short walking distance to the old town where all the great pintxos and restaurants are. Quiet too.

Loved the location, loved my room with the little balcony with ocean views. Loved the very helpful man on the desk.

Walls were paper thin - I could hear the neighbours walking around above me, and next to me talking and their phone vibrating with messages when plugged in charging on the other side of the wall. My room was cold and I couldn’t adjust the aircon to heating. Spanish pillows are too flat!

Excellent location ideal to explore the city. Short walk to Old Town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. An ideal base for a trip to San Sebastián!

die Erklärung bzgl der App für den Key Code war etwas umständlich. da könnte man ein einfacheres dokument erstellen und nicht 4 bilder plus text seperat schicken. aber es wurde uns dann beim problem abends spät persönlich geholfen, indem jemand außerhalb der geschäftszeiten kam und aufgeschlossen hat.
