The courteous and very kind staff and the spacious room. The serenity of the place. The massage was top as well.

Location is a bit far, you need transportation, but it is ok if you hire a Tuk Tuk. One of the drivers they cooperate with mislead us to book a transfer to el nido which was horrible. If you want to book a transfer, book directly through the hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Puerto Princesa war einfach großartig. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war frisch und abwechslungsreich. Besonders schön war der gepflegte Poolbereich – perfekt zum Entspannen. Tolle Lage, super Service und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können das Hotel absolut empfehlen!

Tesise gelmeden tesisten havaalanından otele alınabileceği hakkında mesaj aldım. Bende mesaja olumlu yanıt verdim ancak havaalanına geldiğimde maalesef shuttle yoktu. Telefon açtım, haberleri bile yoktu. Otele vardığımda mailleri gösterdim. Sadece özür dilediler. 2000 Filipinler pezosu depozito istediler, vermemeye ikna ettim, odaya çıktım çarşaf yırtıktı. What I liked most about the property was its boutique-style atmosphere, which was a big plus for me. The hotel felt calm and not overcrowded, offering a more private and relaxed experience. The room spaces were beautifully designed, with great attention to decorative and comfort details such as cozy bathrobes, a humidifier, and other thoughtful touches. I also appreciated the minibar, which was very convenient and meant we did not have to look for a nearby store. Additionally, the option to book massages, the very good reviews, the convenient location close to the airport, and the complimentary airport transfer all contributed to a very positive stay.

There was nothing I truly disliked about the property. The only minor issue was the water temperature in the shower, which fluctuated between hot and cold and could not be fully adjusted. However, this did not negatively impact my overall impression of the hotel.
