Counter staff absolutely rude and not helpful at all

Arrived at 2.30am and expected me to pay for another day because check in was 3.00pm that day so for a 68 year old (me) was not happy so slept on chair back at airport

My partner and I loved our clean comtable bed. The bathroom was spacious and woww the shower was big too. Overall our experience met our needs. We will be returning back in the near future.
