"Veel ruimte, goede locatie, voor een scherpe prijs."

De ruimte, locatie, goed contact met de verhuurder, goede schoonmaak.

Het is gewoon helemaal prima geschikt als locatie voor een stedentrip met een groep of familie. Enige minpuntje is dat er klein puntjes in de afwerking niet top zijn. Zo hangen de douchekoppen bijvoorbeeld los.
