The hotel’ s rooms seemed a bit outdated. I was changed to two different rooms, due to (I was told) a faulty electrical outlet) in which the ceiling light above my bed could not be switched off (in both rooms). The daily buffet breakfast was very good however, and the customer service provided by the hotel staff, especially Joseph (restaurant host), Jesús and the young lady at the reception were truly impeccable!

We loved our stay here. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was top notch with tons of selection and the option to have made to order eggs/pancakes/waffles/french toast. Staff were lovely. Would absolutely stay here again.

"Wonderful experience"

Lovely hotel convenient to many restaurants, grocery, beautiful park , church and shopping. The staff was exceptional. Jesus, Max and Lucia at the front desk, and Joseph who made sure that we had enough for breakfast. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again.
