"Sentí deshonestidad por parte del personal , frustración"

Realice una reserva en el hotel y cuando llegue me atendieron pésimo. La Atención por parte de dos personas que estaban en recepción fue perezosa y grotesca sin educación y servicio al cliente. Además le subieron un 40% a la hora de pagar. Soy cliente activo y nunca me había ocurrido esa situación. Así que tuve que irme para otro hotel. Mi recomendación es que capaciten en servicio al cliente al personal y mejoren la experiencia al cliente.

La habitación, la terraza, los closets, la cama, muebles de descanso, iluminación

Un poco complicado el aire acondicionado unas veces si enfriaba y otras no, el baño excelente pero faltaba tomas eléctricos para afeitadora, la red de tv no tenía los suficientes canales siempre se conectaba por claro y pedía claves y el desayuno de o a 100% es de un 70, de resto todo exelente..
