KACLLA, The Healing Dog Hostel

Lovely breakfast, and nice comfy bed.

The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. When we arrived me and my friend were tired and unwell. We understood that we couldn’t check in until 3pm. But we asked if there was somewhere at the hostel we could rest. They said no the common area was small so we couldn’t lay down there. They were also rude and awkward about our bags. We had to store them and when we asked to get something from them once, staff complained. Also it smelt of dog wee. Not all staff were rude, the man that worked at night and the lady the following day were lovely. However the reception we received when we arrived was awful.

I loved the breakfast, the early morning terrace all to myself, stylish interior and respectful fellow residents who kept quiet from 23 until morning, I slept well 😊

I can’t find anything to complain about

Un lugar muy cómodo, con un desayuno exquisito, no es bullisioso así que se puede ddescansar a pesar de estar en piezas compartidas. El perro un amor, no molestaba para nada. La ubicación es buenisima se puede llegar caminando a todos los lugares de interes en miraflores incluso a Barranco

Era menos personal la atención, pero siempre muy atenta.

The staff were lovely to deal with and they were really helpful. I got free breakfast through booking.com and it was good.

Although I understand this is literally a 'healing dog's hostel. My last night there when I was leaving the premises through the front gate the dog came out of nowhere and tried to attack me through the gate. It didn't get me and everything was fine but it did try. I was attacked by a dog at work last year so I feel other people could be really hesitant about this.

Hostel assez moyen où personne ne parle, où l’on finit dans un autre bâtiment sans être prévenu, et le Wi-Fi est atroce. De plus , le petit-déjeuner n’est pas servi à 8h comme indiqué.

Unidade II Camas confortáveis, atendimento cordial e solicito, sistema de segurança para entrada na unidade, chuveiros espaçosos, terraço com espaço para treino.

Quartos mistos não tem feminino, na unidade II não tem cortina nas beliches o que tira um pouco da privacidade, pouco número de lockers em relação ao número de hóspedes.
