"Bad"

I was unhappy with the room and tried to cancel and the desk person told me I wouldn’t be refunded. I was only in the room 20 minutes. I left to book another room elsewhere.

The area was nice, it was close to SAP Center and Sharks Ice/ Tech C U Arena, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy

There was honestly nothing I didn't like
