Bed was comfortable and room was large, microwave and refrigerator were fine.

No correct plug for shower and no plug fir bathroom sink. Water flow at sink was very small. Hot water was only warm.

Not a God darn thing what's upset that that my room got raided

The staff was really nice. and the bed was super comfy.

This place was completely unacceptable. The room was in terrible condition, worse than what would be suitable even for animals. It looked like it had been neglected and misused for years, and I would never allow my dogs, let alone people, to stay there. Highly disappointing and not at all what was advertised.

Shopping is good nears around

Our room smelled terrible- a mixture of smoke and old mildew. The carpet was dirty and stained in areas. The one positive was the bed appeared clean and comfortable. Overall this place was old and run down- in need of an up date.

Carpet was ripped. The bathroom has many stains. There was a live coach roach on the night stand.

It is a disgusting place. They can’t pay me to stay here. We left immediately.

DISGUSTING!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Our first room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and a musty basement. The carpet and chair were heavily stained, no smoke alarm, large holes in the wall, sink was held up by 2x4's, filthy bathroom and to top it off there was a roach crawling across the bathroom floor. 2nd room was not any better. We immediately asked for a refund and they wouldn't refund us this 1st night as we didn't cancel 24 hours prior. We were planning to stay until the rooms looked like a crack house from a murder scene! This place should be condemned.... it's absolutely horrendous! We will be filling a report with the BBB and AG's office. This hotel is both a health AND safety hazard (the people living around the backside are questionable at best)
