Al ducharse se salía el agua hacia el baño. La limpieza muy mala cabellos en la parte del sillón q no fueron removidos en los días q estuve. Le falta mantenimiento a sus activos.

Check in and out were a breeze. I traveled with my 87-year-old mother, so we needed a room on the first floor, we were accommodated without any arguments. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. The hotel is located in a very safe area and security is always present. The staff is efficient and friendly, especially Jonathan, a server in the restaurant. You will feel like royalty when he waits on you! Overall, our 4 days stay was comfortable and uneventful...very peaceful.
