Sutton Suites Hotel

Room was large and clean. Did the job for the price and a single night, would consider else where if for a longer stay.

Sadly room was on side of main road and window very thin so can hear cars and lorries accelerating up hill all night. Breakfast was poorly stocked.

Shuttle driver was really nice

The front desk was really rude And to my questions she answered “check Greg website” Also, she charged me extra for my two children staying with me 2 hours before their flight

This property is not what it seems. The old Super 8. Booked 3 nights. Left after a couple hours. Expedia helped us get the other two nights refunded. Smoke detector hanging in pieces off wall. Black mold on ceiling. Something on the screen of TV. Stains on covers. Pungent smell. Again, avoid. Not a hotel. Three stories - no elevator. An RV plugged into the building. Avoid at all cost. It cost me 250, but at least was able to cancel the remainder of the stay.

Night staff was excellent. Daytime not so much.

A scam. The same person who handled the check-in was also in charge of airport transfers. I arrived from my trip, and when I called to be picked up, they told me it would take 40 minutes. I had to take an Uber (first scam). Then I got to the hotel and had to wait 15 minutes because the person who was supposed to check me in was still doing transfers. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.
