Residence Inn by Marriott Toledo West

The staff was so amazing, friendly kind every last one of them. The hotel was clean. Everything was excellent. We’ll go back there anytime love it The breakfast on the other hand needs a little more help. It’s not good. It’s free with the room, but there’s no quality that goes into it. The set up is beautiful. Just the breakfast is so bland.

Easy to locate. Large spacious room and bathroom. Only issue is the sound the kitchen chairs make is loud for the family below.

The side exit doors slammed shut. The stairways were duty (walks) the breakfast was mediocre at best.

There were restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient. The hotel staff were polite.

The room wasn't filthy but it also wasn't clean. There was dirt and hair along the shower ledge. The pullout couch had food remnants and a couple of dead bugs. We did check for bed bugs based on previous reviews and didn't find any. The breakfast was meh at best. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that I believe had been microwaved. My son had one where the bottom part of the bagel was rock hard. The pool was only open until 9pm.
