Clean sheets.... something that goes by default, but is the main advantage of this place.

I have no idea how this place can have so high rating. We stay in, at least, 10 hotels/apartments every year and know how good hotel should treat the guests. Let me give you a couple of examples. The room had a broken sofa. You can't possibly sleep on it (and it was the place to sleep for one of our kids). Same sofa probably never had any cleaning. You end up in a cloud of dust the moment you sit on it. The restaurant on the first floor had a wedding party till 4am with the music so loud, that no one could sleep. And we had a room on the top floor. Receptionist just told that 'It's not my fault'. Another issue with that is when you close the windows, air conditioning will be so loud (at minimum speed, working not in the bedroom), you won't be able to sleep. And it will not provide you any fresh air in your tiny room. If you open the windows, you will immediately start smelling cigarettes from the smoking place at the entrance of the hotel/restaurant. The bathroom had a strong smell. It was clean, but it seems like the building has an issue. Not the hotel owner problem ofc :) The breakfast... well, we couldn't eat it. At 8-35. Empty milk bottles near the food. Plates with salami and cheese almost empty and a single waitress refilling them with bare hands. If you happen to want to drink something there were tea and instant coffee. No cups tho. And hot water from the electric kettle. No hot meals as well. I can continue, but i believe you got the idea.

A doua oară deja anul ăsta. Totul e ok,de la intrare cu o glumă bună,până la paturile confortabile și cafeaua de bună dimineața.

Peste asteptari la curatenie si designul hotelului.

Nu reprosez nimic
