Please note that a parking space is not assigned to the Studio Apartment with pool access, Deluxe Apartment with pool access and Apartment with side view of the sea IV. Please note that construction work is going on nearby from 05.06.2023 - 26.02.2027 and some rooms may be affected by noise. The property will not serve breakfast from March 2024. Guests can use the children's apartment with toys, which is open from 10:00 a.m till 06:00 p.m. from 01.11 to 31.05. Apartment is located in Dune B building.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
