Beach Breeze Inn

this is a beautiful boutique guest house/hotel. One block back from the seafront, some rooms have sea views, the accommodation is meticulously and spotlessly kept clean. Everything is in beautiful order. The host, Walt, with his dry sense of humour, welcomes the guest and makes people feel welcome. There is a nice kitchen area where you can help yourself to drinks and the pool is clean and well maintained. There’s a lovely ground floor balcony to relax on. our room was beautiful with sea view and king size bed which was super comfortable.

3 night stay at the end of May with partner visiting Martha's Vineyard and Cape Cod as part of longer 7 day trip. Lovely hotel, beautiful to look at and very clean. Spacious room (room 5) although bathroom may not suit any gent over 5,8" as sloping roof makes standing whilst using the loo difficult. The host, Walt, was brilliant. Took lots of time to give us tips on attractions and how to get about the Falmouth and the wider Cape. On beach (unsurprisingly given the name !), 20 minute walk into Falmouth centre but that wasn't a problem. Given it's proximity to MV/Amity, the only thing I would suggest is 'you're gonna need a bigger bed' but that's a very minor quibble ! Wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks Walt and the team.

Very nice set up. Friendly staff. The Host WALT was congenial and seemed authentically nice. Clean inn with updated bathroom set in an old house with modern updates. Not much privacy in terms of soundproofing but that should be expected from an inn stay I suppose. Overall, we were entirely satisfied with service and experience! Recommend the stay for anyone looking for a relatively affordable option right by the shoreline and right off the Main Street.

1 night stay and grateful for Brett who was in constant communication with us to ensure everything was going smoothly. So grateful for that level of service. Will stay there again.

A stone's throw from a very walkable beach and 0.5 mile from main road, good restaurant, and so much more. Access to full kitchen, porches, good parking

The room was stunning. The innkeepers were so friendly. They had coffee ready early in the morning with wonderful community kitchen stocked. Loved it!!!

Unbelievable property and amazing view! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would recommend 10/10
