Blue Diamond Beach Villas

It is a self catering vila , in a complex of 4 vilas with a common pool. there were only one more family at the most , at a time at the pool. The Vila is very large, extremely well equipped with everything you wold like for self catering. It is 100 m from a sand and stone beach, with trees and sun beds for sheltering in the hot weather. The entry in the water is a bit stony, but we did not mind due to our children being teenagers. There were little children in the beach as well Is better to come with a rented car, to be able to visit other beaches, the harbour and make trips to the Aphrodite's rock and Adonis baths Waterfalls. Lidl is at 15 min drive, but is handy because is towards the harbour. There is coral bay at 30 min drive and Lara bay , where you can see turtle nests on the beach. We were lucky to see one little turtle going in the water, but this is not happening all the time. The road to this beach is suitable for 4X4 but we went with a mini suv, driving very slowly and was ok

The only thing I did not like was the lack of a TV program, it was only Netflix and youtube, which needed to be paid to watch.

Vila 1 was very comfortable, big kitchen and living room, vila 3 was a bit more small but it had a nice backyard. The villas had a big pool with a lot of space to sit comfortably. The location of the villa was a little far from clubs but there was a bar and a club close to it

You must have a car. Or a taxi

The staff should pay a little more attention to cleaning.

Very good for big families, each bedroom has own bathroom. Beautiful pool with warm water. Nice backyard and terassa, you can always find comfortable place with shadow. Well equipped kitchen with big dishwashing machine. Good beach near. Good friendly stuff.

Beds has too soft mattress, hard to sleep, and pillows opposite must be way more soft. But this is peanuts. All good.

Great location if you’re looking to explore Paphos’s best beach clubs and / or stay close to the airport. Spacious accommodation with plenty of outside space and a bathroom with each bedroom. Great swimming pool that’s shared between only 4 villas.

Furniture was worn and musty, playground was not maintained very well with rust and broken equipment. When we booked it mentioned a bar and restaurant onsite, but this has been closed and turned into living quarters (mention was removed from description after we flagged this).

Very nice and big villa on the beach. Perfect for a group of 5-6 persons

It’s far from Paphos , no possible to go by foot, no shops or restaurants around

The location is perfect, not crowded and the Villa was very clean!
