Le personnel accueillant et souriant

Pour avoir beaucoup voyagé et avoir séjourné que dans des hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles, l’hôtel ne méritait pas les 4 étoiles. Il y avait beaucoup de fourmis , la salle de bain été infestée , et la cabine de douche très remplie. Le lit et les oreillers pas confortables du tout. Beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles (tables de chevets, tv etc) . Heureusement qu’on avait pris cet hotel uniquement pour y dormir, donc on passait la journée dehors et on rentrait très tard la nuit pour y dormir. Le personnel était toutefois très poli, et accueillant, mais il est évident que n’ont pas l’habitude de recevoir beaucoup de touristes, car pas assez d’attention pour les clients pour un hotel 4 étoiles. La personne âgée (dans la cinquantaine et chauve, je suppose le patron) était le seul aigri et pas de bonjour ni rien. Bref pour avoir payé 150€ la nuit dans une ville pas du tout touristique, des chambres avec un mobilier vétuste, je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux. Donc un rapport qualité prix très mauvais.
