The Hillside Resort Siargao

水は塩水で、シャワーもほぼ水でした。 ドアの鍵も破損しており、また洗面台シンクも水漏れのため、自身の物も濡れてしまった状況で、これらの改善を求めたく思います。

There was no hot water most of the time. The decor was beautiful.

The water system broke down on the first day we were there. When we returned to our room after dinner, the water from the shower and sink smelled like sewage. No one was there to help, and the only staff was on duty was telling us it is normal. It obviously wasn't normal. We didn't shower that night and next morning, the water literally turned brown. Took them a day to fix it. After that, things were largely fine. We stayed at Villa Maya and Bravo's before, service here is not as good.

Hillside resort Siargao is perfect for families. Spacious villas, yummy food and we liked the complimentary shuttle going to Gen Luna. Highly recommended.

Hospitality and maintenance were two things that I would recommend for review by management/ owner. We stayed here for three nights for our honeymoon and unfortunately this hotel took away from the experience we had with this beautiful island. We stayed in a deluxe room due to the villas being booked up and I would have changed hotel if were aware of the coming experience. Areas of opportunity: - Corners were cut to save cost and this sacrifices practicality. Mismatching/ broken toilet seats in room and reception. Minimal needs of a soap bar holder and towel holder were no where in sight. We had a third of a roll of toilet paper with no refill by housekeeping on the third day. - Tiny bathroom so much of the shower water would expand to half of the floor. - Restaurant waits were 30 minutes for each process, even as the only customer. It then became a self service- walking to the counter to order. - When items on the menu ran out, they would not notify you, but bring the item out without the product. Ice cream pancakes, came with no ice cream. - Hotel dogs were allowed in dining area and pooped on the floor and then sat in customer chairs. - Shuttles were great, but were told lies twice, about hours that were on display on the reception counter. - First day of motor bike, we were given one that died every ten minutes. Pros: - Refillable water station - Backdrop of hotel showcases the beautiful of siargao's wilderness. - Free shuttle in general luna

Nice size room & decent amenities

Très beau resort avec tout le confort et design moderne. Le resto ne propose que les petits déjeuners qui sont d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel à l'écoute et piscine sympa. Le resort est à moins de 10mn de GL en scooter. Les villas peuvent accueillir de 4 à 6 personnes, cependant à 5 nous étions un peu à l'étroit car il n'y a que 2 lits doubles et un canapé assez étroit qui ne fait pas canapé lit. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur Siargo et ne regrettons pas le choix de ce resort.
