The location is excellent, situated on a hill just slightly away from the center of Los Cristianos, offering a quiet retreat. There’s ample parking available. Nearby, there are plenty of small shops, a DialPrix supermarket, and a variety of restaurants. The heated pool is fantastic, and the poolside restaurant is a great convenience. The apartment features a large balcony, and the kitchen is well-equipped with extensive appliances and a spacious refrigerator. 24-hour reception.

The apartment had issues with cockroaches and small ants. The towels provided were more like rags than proper towels. The blanket was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was poor. Only the central areas seemed cleaned, while the ceiling fan was covered in dust, the corners of the shower were grimy, and the sink and toilet were not properly cleaned. Drawers and cabinet interiors were dirty and sticky, with some unwashed dishes left inside. The washing machine made noise but failed to function correctly. The balcony chair covers were dirty, and the chairs themselves were uncomfortable for extended sitting.

Great studio apartment in Los Cristianos in a large but quiet complex with a large pool and there is a 2 euro charge for the sunbeds. This is not a hotel but a complex with privately owned apartments so please bear this in mind. Small but very well equipped kitchen, with a couple of electric hobs, a combination grill and microwave, but no oven There is a washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Bed comfortable, could do with a couple extra pillows but that's a personal preference. Air conditioning and a fan which was great as there was a mini heatwave while we stayed there with temps in the 30s. The property is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and is up a hill. So if you have any mobility issues this might not be the apartment for you, but for us it was fine. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and there is a bar and restaurant on the complex, though we didn't use it. We would definitely return here.

Nothing really, maybe a couple of extra pillows and some better quality towels, but that's really minor and it didn't impact our stay. We had a great time and were happy there.

1.The washing machine didn't work. More precisely, the "spin" mode didn't work. All the things were wet. 2.The coffee machine was not equipped. It was impossible to make coffee. 3. There was soap in the shower, but no shampoo. 4.Swimming pool until 20:45. ... ... 5. Lots of dust. 6.No cleaning. Although when booking on booking, it was written that cleaning is included in the price.

The location was great, perfectly quiet, but few minutes by car to the center of the city. The swiming pool is also great, with heated water :) terrace is with the pool view and mountains view.

We had a bugs few days, we had to spray a bug spray, and after that we didnt have it. Also, when we came we didnt have clean badsheets and towels, so they brought us the same day when we asked for.

Good location for walking to the ocean. Swimming pool, bar and cafeteria.

Nothing significant to note. Except the pillows we did not found comfortable, but we bought two and left in there. So anybody welcome to use.

Quiet location. Nice views from balcony over the pool and hills. Well stocked supermarket very near by

We liked everything. The only very small thing is the kitchen could do with a small sharp knife (there were two bread knives but nothing proper to cut with) and some tea towels to dry up. Also loo roll in bathroom on arrival. We had to go and buy some immediately.
