Quality Inn Lima Northeast

Room smelled musty. Walls were dirty, hand prints on corners, ceiling had dust from A/C as its never been cleaned. Bathroom had No working vent fan. Carpet is filthy. Mattress is older than I am and Im in my 50’s.

If you a name like Quality Inn… you need to present Quality in ever facet. #1 image upon pulling up to facility, rotten rafters hanging out under building roof… exterior of building hasn’t been touched in Years!!

El hotel está en muy mal estado, parece que no ha tenido mantenimiento en mucho tiempo, la alfombra de los pasillos y de los cuartos están en muy mal estado, las paredes de los cuartos están manchadas y todas descarapeladas, el olor es incómodo, huele mucho a cigarro, el edredón de mi cama tenía agujeros de quemaduras de cigarro, algunos focos de mi cuarto no funcionaban y lo peor de todo es que no tuve agua por un día y no pude asearme. los huéspedes no respetan el horario de silencio, una noche no pude dormir por que los huéspedes de a un lado discutieron toda la noche en voz alta y gritando. Tuve que conseguir unos tapones para mis oídos y poder dormir por que los huéspedes no dejaban de hablar y hacer ruido toda la noche. Jamas me volvería a quedar en este hotel.

I got bed bug bites in room 111 all over my legs. I called the hotel after I checked out to complain and request a refund and they refused me - I was told I had to tell them about the bed bugs before checkout even though I had to check out extremely early and I did not realize that is what it was until after check out. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. DO NOT STAY HERE

I am gluten free and there was very little there to eat. Was not happy. About that.

Eggs or oatmeal Would have been nice.
