Great value for this place. Quiet area and staffs are nice. Close to nature and good view in the room. Quite a lot of insects but expectable when you have a rice field right outside of your doorstep. Free coffee and tea in the shared area. The owner has a cute puppy and kitten. Overall recommended.

noise from the road was very audible, AC didn't work, water in the pool was stale, there was no soap, no shower gel, not even toilet paper
