good location, parking, spacious and comfortable rooms

При заселении в районе 3-х утра, нам дали старый и ужасный номер (старые обои, поцарапанные и отбитые углы на стенах, треснутый умывальник и старая рассохшаяся дверь). После обращения на ресепшен, предложили реновированный номер, но без большой отдельной кровати и со сломанным кондиционером. После того как я высказал свои "возмущения" предложили люкс с доплатой 20 евро в сутки....После пяти минут моего диалога относительно всего происходящего, доплату не взяли. И ещё в спа-центре крайне скользкий пол, который очень редко протирают.

Очень приветливый персонал! Красивый холл и просторные, светлые помещения!

Очень удивило что при достаточно высокой цене в цену не включен завтрак. Завтрак можно дополнительно приобрести за 20 евро на персону, что не оправдывает предлагаемый шведский стол. Очень маленький выбор продуктов. В номере не работал кондиционер. В ванной комнате ржавая сантехника и пыльная вентиляция.

Value for money and pretty good location if travel via the airport and wouldn't like to stuck into small centrall streets. There is a sports bar in the ground floor - good one if looking for some WC2026 translations.

Pretty old hotel - the first Radisson in Latvia. Some problems with air conditioning system: too hot or too cold in the night.

Location is still great, and rooms could be very comfortable - IF ONLy they would maintain the bloody place.

The room I got initially had no less than 5 serious defects: 1) Heating system always switched itself to +32 C (no - that is not a typo). 2) Cold water in hathtub did not work properly, which meant also that what came out of the faucet had the potential to literally cause burns. This could only be remedied by turning down the hot water - but then only a trickle came out of the faucet and it took forever to fill the bathtub. 3) For that reason: the shower did not come on reliably - not enough pressure for the switching mechanism. 4) The heater in the bathroom was on at full blast transforming the bathroom into a sauna - and could not be turned off. 5) The wash basin in the bathroom did not drain properly. The replacement room I got was (much) better, but the chair turned out to be dangerously defective: out of the 4 screws that were supposed to hold the seat onto the frame 2 were missing and 2 were so loose that one of them backed out while I sat on the chair. Fortunately I am quick and agile enough - I managed to jump up on time. But: this could have cause a serious accident with me getting seriously hurt. This hotel needs proper maintenance. With maintenance it is good, but currently I cannot recommend it at all. I have videos of all of this.

Location is absolutely perfect. Just 15- 20 min walk from center and the Museum of occupation of Latia( old town). Easy access by car, parking was near. View is beautiful.

Please add doorsteps. When there’s almost an inch wide gap under the door all voices and noices from doorway finds its way in. When arriving to the hotel the younger male clerk at reception was an obsolete gust of wind from Soviet era coldness and arrogance. Breakfast was usual. Nothing extra, so one gets better value for money by walking to center, where practically all restaurants offer breakfast and value for money is better

Staff was really welcoming and room looks really nice and clean.

Beds were moving too much, wheels was not locked? I was with my 4years old daugther and it was an issue, as she slipped in between the beds several times. Mattress comfort was good. Breakfast was quite dissapointing, compared to other hotels I have visited, it was one of the worst unfortunately. SPA was really disapointing, quite old and tired compared to room design and not so much to enjoy in there.
