Schöne, große Zimmer, sehr sauber und modern, ebenso das Bad, Matratze sehr bequem. Alle Mitarbeiter/innen sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Eine schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage, die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und die Betten bequem. Die Dusche hat einen vernünftigen Wasserdruck, die Ausstattung ist durchweg gut und der Pool sehr schön.

Die Dame am Check In war sehr unfreundlich und wirkte desinteressiert. Sofern man seinen Aufenthalt nicht vorher bezahlt hat, verlangt das Hotel einen Aufschlag von 10% wenn man mit Kreditkarte bezahlen möchte. Gleiches gilt für alle weiteren angebotenen Dienstleistungen im Hotel. Die Zimmer der unteren Etagen werden erst am Nachmittag gereinigt. Das Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl haben. Das Personal spricht kein English und verweist bei Fragen auf die Rezeption.

The property is a hidden gem! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

Not much, pool towels are kept in your room rather than at the pool but they give you more if needed. I would’ve liked more hours for the restaurant but I think it’s the off season so that makes sense.

Rooms need a little tlc, nothing too major.
