I cannot recommend this hotel in terms of cleanliness.

One or two of the staff were polite.

We arrived at 14:00 got to our room at 14:27! We felt like we were not welcome. We had ridiculous "Rules" read out to us! (See attached) No kettle in the room! The room security was inadequate. We were told if we lost the deposit receipt that we would lose our deposit! Asked for another bed sheet and were told we had to pay an additional 100 Peso's, which we did (booked a three person room and only had two sheets! We had to cull 14 mosquitoes in the room but unfortunately our son still got bitten numerous times. We asked if we could park our car securely outside our room but told that they could not allow this! I sincerely believe that running a hotel is not the best business for them to be in! No understanding at all of how to deal with customers. Unfortunately, after having travelled to 58 different countries in my life there are only two other places that were worse than here, one in Cambodia and another in Thailand and both times we had no other options!
