卫生间缺少晾干浴巾的架子，导致浴巾很难反复使用。迷你吧的半数以上零食和饮品不适用，给人一种“浪费”的感觉。

Wow Where do I start, this place is amazing Stunning and beautiful Food was fantastic, room was breathtaking This place was by far the best place I have ever stayed at.

Having to change lifts to get to my floor However this is not really a complaint, just an observation.

Sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit vom Personal

Der Käse am Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht zu geniessen. Schade, dass 5 Sterne Chef Köche in solchen Hotels kein Wissen über Käse haben, oder es haben und so schlechte Qualität bieten.

"Great but won't return given the price"

Service attentiveness

Things were top notch to be honest but because of price (effectively the most expensive hotel in SZ) left one feeling slightly disappointed. Gym toilet and sauna area were poorly constructed. Breakfast was tasty was service was lackluster and slow
