"Séjour cauchemardesque"

La proximité d'Europa park

La réception censée être ouverte de 16h à 19h,personne à notre arrivée a 16h,on a dû attendre 45mn et à 18h10 il n'y avait déjà plus personne !! La salle de bain qui puait l'humidité, pas de drap dans le canapé lit,heureusement nous avions prévu !!!et le bruit infernal des claquements des portes d'appartements et de portières de voitures,ainsi que les gens des autres appartements qui hurlaient littéralement jusqu'à une heure très avancée dans la nuit....aucun responsable présent donc tout le monde fait ce qu'il veut ....c'est le pire endroit pour dormir,je ne recommande pas...

Très bon accueil, il y avait beaucoup d'espace dans l'appartement et c'était extrêmement propre, une place pour se garer tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. A proximité de tout, restaurants, du parc, de la boulangerie ...

"Wij zullen hier niet terug komen."

Eigen parkeerplaats is top. Locatie tov het supermarkt, restaurants, of Europa park is top.

Gehele interieur erg gedateerd. Alle matrassen zeer hard, hierdoor sliepen wij slecht. Rolluiken konden niet allemaal naar beneden, dus je kon de slaapkamer niet donker maken. Afstandsbediening van de airco ontbrak, op een normale dag toch al aardig warm in het appartement. Koelkast erg klein. Kopjes/ mokken (oud) e.d alle soorten en maten door elkaar heen, houden wij niet van.

"Lovely (too) spacious apartments!"

The host of Kiefer-Apartments is absolutely lovely. Sweet, helpful and very quick and clear communication through booking chat function and Whatsapp. Rooms were clean and quiet, location was amazing for Europapark, Rulantica and the hotels to visit the restaurants and bars. The private parking with the barriers worked great.

Rooms felt a little too spacious, where a lot of space was wasted (especially in the bathroom). A few more amenities would've been nice, our handsoap was almost empty and there were no soaps for the shower. The clothing rack and closet in the bedroom were quite flimsy and cheap. Very minor things that did not affect our stay whatsoever though!

Das Apartment liegt fußläufig zum Europapark und in der Dorfmitte.

Die Benutzung der Klimaanlage kostet 21 Euro pro Tag extra. Man erhält nur einen einzigen Schlüssel, der Strom und Schloss schaltet. Das ist total unpraktisch.

"Hat alles super gepasst - kommen gerne wieder."

Sehr netter Empfang. Hat alles super geklappt. Das Apartment war geräumig und sauber. Hat alles was man braucht. Die Apartements befinden sich sehr nahe des Europaparkes. War perfekt!

"War sehr gemütlich"

Die Sauberkeit war Top und es war sehr ruhig in der Gegend.

Fernseher könnte einbisschen grösser sein man konnte nur deutsche sender schaue. Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht. Sofas im Wohnzimmer waren in der Ecke und man hat sich den Kopf immer angeschlagen.
