Perfect location within easy reach of the metro & buses. In walking distance to many popular sites. The front desk staff were very helpful in giving advice on transport & sites to see. All the staff were polite and professional.

The only downside of having a hotel in the perfect location is it usually being in the centre of all the action. If you are an early riser or a light sleeper, the music from bars & street noises can be an issue. This is no reflection on the hotel itself as this is out of their control.

Location was perfectly central and easy to navigate from - staff were helpful with directions and suggestions and also they arranged to give us a take away breakfast since our tour was leaving before the included breakfast time. Also Marta was wonderful to come in and help us with our bags when we were leaving for the airport - we paid at the desk and they arranged it all for us. Wonderful stay!

Central location, easy connection by metro to airport. Good breakfast

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the nearest restaurants are not worth of visiting. Over prices for what you get. Better to walk uphill.

Excellent location,nice breakfast and friendly staff.The receptionist Jaou was very helpful and gave us great advice on the best way to see the sights.

No facilities for making tea or coffee in your room,and we found the television difficult to use

The location is perfect for anyone visiting Lisbon! It is within walking distance to all the major historical sites, shopping, and restaurants. You really can’t pick a better location. The view of Rossio square from the room is a beautiful to see during the day and night. There is a metro station in Rossio square which makes it very convenient to use there public transportation system or you can always book an Uber.
