AUThe apartment was in a great location with Amazing views of the city. The apartment was clean & comfy. Hosts were friendly & helpful. The pool was great undercover & heated. Close to tram stop & shops.
Only thing is you have to pick keys up from another location but not too far away.

NZThe location was perfect! The view was stunning. The pool was lovely. Beds were a little firm but overall the room was everything and more than what we expected for our little home away from home.
It was unfortunate that we didn’t get two fobs for the apartment. Especially when we needed them at different times to enter the building and to use the lifts etc. Car park 20, is located right next to the downward ramp on the ground floor- and if you have a large people mover/van like we did - it could quite easily be clipped by vehicles coming down the ramp as the carpark area is not very wide at all. The elderly male staff member was extremely rude the very second we attempted to pull into the carpark as we needed to reverse park to try and get as far back to the wall as possible - however in order to do this we needed to remove our luggage from the boot of the vehicle first. While we tried to do this as safely as we possibly could - he came rushing out from the inside of the building yelling loudly standing right at my car window - mid reversing insisting I hurry up and move, and that I move “now”. He was very over the top and his people skills were very rude and unwelcoming.
AUThe location was excellent, the rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay in. Amenities were stocked and ready for use. Overall great stay.
We needed a few extra blankets when sleeping, would’ve liked a thicker doona for the bed and there were no pool towels.

MYThe apartment was comfortable and the location was great with easy access via tram to the shops
We had problems with the washing machines which shake violently when spinning and one of the lights in the lounge area was not working. The maintenance issues was not resolved and we were told that maintenance was on holiday. We feel that the management can do better in this regard.
