False advertising regarding “free breakfast”. Was very disappointed! A few, four to be exact, microwaveable mini tacos, dry cereal, and jugs of apple and orange juice.

One word “sketchy”
This place offers free breakfast with no breakfast at all, they should at least let you know when you check in but they do not tell you at all. Very inconvenient for me as i was limited in time stayed two days and i had to drive to go get my morning brekfast. It is very hot in the room the ac acts like it works but does not stay cool. They need to update tgis place or ose down.
The toilet is not secured and moves when used. Toilet ended up not draining properly so we were offered another room which was satisfactory. They advertised a continental breakfast from 6:00 - 9:00 am however when we went at 7:00 to get breakfast we had to ring the bell and wake up the attendance. Then we were told “No breakfast!”
Just had issues with intermittent key cards. Kinda sucks having to wake up attendant at 2a to get access to your hotel room... Otherwise stay was without incident.
Customer service was very bad, room was hot, tub water was not draining down, too much noise, also no breakfast or coffee provided.
It has bed bugs and when I notify the attendant it seems like she knew..
I definitely liked the upgrade of our bed very comfortable and cozy but the door security lash was about to fall off had to prop the chair up against the door and the continental breakfast there wasn’t any
Pluses: clean bed, highway access, inexpensive Minuses: dirty walls, holes in walls and furniture, non-smoking room that stunk of cigarettes
