Comfort Inn Wichita Falls Near University

It was quiet and front desk was nice and friendly.

Front desk was friendly, but it took her a while to get to the locked door. We checked in on the app, and even though we arrived between 11 and 12, we still had to wait for her to get to the door. She also wasn't wearing shoes this morning when we checked out, which I found unsanitary and unprofessional. The beds were hard and the bathroom needed some TLC. Bathroom grout on floor was very dirty and the shower rod was falling down which resulted in the curtain not staying closed.

It was quiet and comfortable, stag was friendly and awesome.

The staff lied to me and told me the pool was working the day before and it wasn’t. I told the staff I wanted only 1 day and they said I was only going to charged for 1 night and I was charged for 3 which now I have NO MONEY because they took all $364.61 out. They told me I should get my money back in 7 to 10 buisness days. I’m not happy at all. There was also black bugs in the room

The beds were comfortable, the water in the shower was a good temperature, and the location was close to everything we needed.

My only complaint is that the pool/hot tub water was cloudy, which made me wonder if it was clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn. Our room was large, clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom had lots of counter space. The refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment which we needed to keep our ice blocks frozen for the medicine we were carrying. We used their ice machine to keep medicine cold in the yeti. It was very quiet. I didn’t see any of the construction crew one of the other reviewers talked about. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast.—reconstituted eggs..the waffle machine, the bananas, apples, orange juice, yogurt biscuits muffins are plenty for anyone to eat. I wish I’d gotten the name of the lady that was on duty June 2. She was really friendly and helpful. I really wanted to watch the Astros game but could not sign into the DirecTv to string the game. I appreciate it the front desk checking to see if I could add an app to the TV. I could not..
