Fabulous staff both Cindy and Hanna were gracious and extremely helpful. Great position away from busy night market areas.

Beds were very hard, ours actually had a spring sticking out. Swimming pool could be challenging if you have mobility issues such as bad knees due to the high step out. Other than that rooms were excellent.

Great location slightly outside of the major streets so quieter. Nana was lovely and provided us with a map with all her recommendations. Wonderful spacious rooms

Soundproofing could be improved - Could hear the noise from the streets and other rooms

the hotel was in a very good position, we had free bikes from the hotel, which was super convenient for visiting hoi an. very good overall

there were lots of ants in the room unfortunately
