The breakfast was gorgeous. The location is lovely and quiet - very clean. Extremely comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

What I particularly liked and the primary reason I booked a stay at this B&B was the proximity to the village of Spridlington. A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats. The en suite room was very comfortable and quiet.

"Lovely stay in fantastic accomodation"

So clean and well maintained. We had a large bathroom to ourselves which was lovely. Very friendly husband and wife team. The cooked breakfast was exceptional with locally sourced ingredients, homemade sausage and amazing black pudding.

Tony and Julia were the perfect hosts. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Special thought was given in the type of tea and coffee that were in the room and even the homemade cake was just perfect. Breakfast definitely deserves a 20 out of 10. Just superb. Special mention to the Compote… this was amazing.. and homemade too. Our weekend was perfect.. thank you Julia and Tony for your wonderful hospitality… we will definitely visit again. 😊

"Great stay only 2 miles from our family camping locally, and lovely helpful hosts looked after us."

Great breakfast - all the food was lovely. Great friendly hosts . We intend to stay again if the family decide to camp locally. We don't normally stay b&b preferring to stay in self catering accommodation, but this one was superb

Nothing really springs to mind, We had private use of the big bathroom and a fridge outside the room so it didn't lack anything.

"The perfect stay , this is an 11 out of 10., the loveliest place and hosts ."

The hosts have thought of everything, lots of little touches that make staying there that extra special . Home made jams and marmalades , dressing gowns, slippers , shower cap. All this along with excellent fresh local sourced food for breakfast , a lovely light and perfectly kept room and lovely hosts . Perfect stay .
