For the price way to dirty and no parking

Just ok. Needs updates. Breakfast was severely lacking only one choice of fruit, one waffle maker, and a few small hot items.. coffee cups were tiny and there was no coffee in the lobby available. Air conditioner was so loud and obnoxious. Beds were ok. Shower curtain did nothing left of water all over the floor of the bathroom. Best part was the staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

There wasn’t anyone at the front desk when I arrived. I waited for a while & shouted hello with no success. There should be a bell, but there wasn’t. I had to call the hotel for Kim to come out. She had an ear piece in so that’s why she couldn’t hear me. She wasn’t too pleasant either.

The beds need to be replaced. They were lumpy. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The place was clean but needs some TLC. The furniture had scratches on it and need some care. Staff was pleasant.

The room was clean enough, but banged up and in poor condition. All the doors I walked past on floor 1’s doors were banged up. Tattered curtains, peeling paint exposing rust on the bathroom door frame, looked like water damage to the bottom of the bathroom door. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We usually stay at Comfort Inn & Suites and recommend them, but we will not recommend this hotel. If we weren’t exhausted trees from our 12 hour drive, we would have found another hotel.

Room was spacious but a bit dinged up. Lots of dings on the walls and furniture. Found really stinky food in the fridge.
