Have been staying in Byland Star Hotel at cheng being lu Yiwu from many years now, one thing I have noticed that the quality and variety of Indian breakfast has been drastically going down. Indian food is usually cold which is not a good thing for a hotel where so many Indian nationals come to stay during their visit to china. The hotel needs to improve its services and update it's rooms keeping in mind the opening of few new and modern hotels in its vicinity which could sway away it's loyal customers.

Breakfast never had much of a choice most was based on Indian style or Asian nothing continental to offer on the table.

But more understanding of English to serve customers coming from nonlocal backgrounds. The booking desk was unable to find our booking made through booking.com but later located it and moved us to a room which was quite small.
