The hotel, the room is good with big bed and clean.

We were not happy that they charged us for the breakfast as our booking was BF included. The staff in dining room told us that since their guests are less so they don’t want to waste by making buffet line and showed us the menu for ala carte menu to choose. The guy confirmed us no extra charge, but the front desk charged us when checking out.

BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS 'PLAIN LABEL' CHEAPEST FOOD AVAILABLE & TASTED LIKE IT. MINIMUM SELECTION. WAITRESS WAS RUDE BY ACCUSING ME OF WRECKING THE TOASTER, IT STILL WORKED, MAYBE IT WAS HER TOASTER FROM HOME.

Great view of the Grey River mouth. Lovely bed linen and comfortable chairs. Nice amenities except the pump on one in the shower was jammed.

Shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken.
