Very central and close to everything. Comfortable but slightly outdated.

Bit hard to get a park but there was a large truck taking room.Breakfast was too expensive for us ,as pensioners, sowent elsewhere Better

The very kind women at reception put us in a 4th floor corner room with a GREAT view of the river mouth, breakwater and Grey River itself as it flowed down from the mountains. Gave us good advice to book the restaurant which we did - just before a busload of tourists arrived! Had a very enjoyable, quality meal of linguine for dinner. Very handy for interesting walks along the riverfront and into the town.

Lactose free milk - could not get a cup of coffee at the location that was lactose free only other alternatives were available.
