Comfort Suites near Route 66

The hotel reflects the customer rating indicated on expedia.com. The front desk person was very friendly. The room is very nice! The bed is very comfortable! The air conditioning can be adjusted easily, and the carpet appears to be clean. Highly recommend!

The staff were absolutely amazing but the room was veryyyyy dirty. Stains & crusty stuff on the curtains, couch and wall. The bathroom floor was sticky. And the tile throughout the little kitchen area was filthy.

The staff was very friendly. The young man that worked in the evening has exceptional customer service skills.

My first room was gross!brown something stuck on two different walls.the bedding didn't look like it had been changed,the furniture was all stained up and tore up.had a bad odor.my second room had the same foul odor(like stinky feet with mold)disgusting. The floors was sticky .In general I felt like they need to deep clean and start fresh with a new cleaning staff.my second room even had a face towel that was stained black(looked like a cleaning rag).I stood because I had a funeral service the next day and had no time to make other plans.I forgot in my second room I kept finding ants crawling on me in bed.and little holes in my curtains. I Honestly was happy to get out of there .I Didn't even want to stop and talk to anyone .the place has potential, however it needs be cleaned up and get a whole new cleaning crew.

The property was clean and very spacious. Easy to get to and checkin was easy.
